12 Week Strength Program with Coach Jase

The program will focus on a training structure that aims for progression, variety and time under tension for the muscles. 

2 sessions per week for 12 weeks. 
Tuesday’s & Thursday’s at 4:30pm

Minimum of 4 & Max of 8 participants per group.

If you miss a designated session, you can either make it up at the alternative time slot or complete the workout in your own time, at any of our Gym open training sessions (pretty much whenever a timetabled class is on). 

The workout focus will be on volume training, which can be very taxing…so, we will also create a private Facebook group with tips on how to maximise your recovery through rest, nutrition and other activities.

You will also receive a body composition scan at the start of the program and at the end of the program, to gauge results. 

The aim of course is to get stronger. 

The cost of the Strength Program is $600 for the 24 sessions.
