Youth Training
At Geelong Fitness, our Youth Training programs support young people as they grow stronger physically and mentally. We focus on building fitness, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in a positive, coached environment where kids feel supported, encouraged, and capable.
All sessions are age-appropriate, closely supervised by qualified coaches, and designed to help young people move well, feel stronger, and enjoy being active.
Benefits of Youth Training
Geelong Fitness’s Youth Training program provides a dynamic and supportive environment for young people aged 10–18. Our program focuses on building strength, improving fitness, and developing healthy habits through engaging, coached training sessions.

Our Youth Training Pathways
We offer two Youth Training pathways to ensure young people train in an environment that matches their age, experience, and development stage.
YOUTH FOUNDATIONS
Ages 10 – 14
Youth Foundations is designed to build confidence, coordination, and a strong foundation for training.
Sessions focus on:

Youth Foundation sessions are coached, supportive, and age-appropriate. The goal is to help young people feel comfortable in a gym environment while developing fitness and confidence at their own pace.
YOUTH PERFORMANCE
Ages 14–18
Youth Performance is designed for teens ready for more structured strength and conditioning.
Sessions focus on:

Youth Performance sessions are structured and coached, with a stronger focus on progression and physical development. This pathway suits teens who enjoy training, play sport, or want to build strength and fitness in a focused environment.
