CONDITIONING
This 60 minute class is a combination of Cardio, Resistance & Core Strength exercises designed to condition the body for the Sport of Life.
STRENGTH
This 60 minute class targets the major muscle groups through resistance based exercise.
Boxing
This 60 minute boxing for fitness class involves focus pad work, boxing bags & boxing specific drills
BIKE SPRINT
Our Bike Ergs from Concept 2, are not your average spin bike. With more resistance, our 30 minute Bike Sprint classes can be categorised as high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), but with low impact.
BIKE ENDURANCE
Our Bike Ergs from Concept 2, are not your average spin bike. With more resistance, our 45 minute Bike Endurance classes can be categorised as high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), but with low impact.
HIIT (High Intensity interval training)
H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) This 45 minute class involves varied repeated sets of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times
CARDIO HIIT (High Intensity interval training)
A 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training class using cardio machines
