The best way to get started is by booking a Free Intro. It’s a 15-minute chat with a coach to learn about your goals and explain how our programs work. From there, we’ll recommend the best first step for you, whether that’s personal training, a strength block, or joining group classes.
You can expect structure, support, and coaching from start to finish. Every session is led by a qualified coach who knows your name, your goals, and how to scale movements to suit your fitness level. We’ll focus on helping you learn the movements properly, build confidence, and feel part of the team, without being thrown into anything too fast or too hard. Whether you’re doing small group personal training, group strength, or boxing, you’ll be guided through every step so you always know what to do, how to do it, and why it matters.
We don’t offer trials or discounts but that’s because every session here is coach-led, personalised, and part of a bigger plan to get results. Instead, we offer a Free Intro to understand your goals and walk you through the best path forward.
Our focus is long-term transformation. That includes fat loss, muscle gain, strength, energy, and mindset, but also confidence and consistency. We track progress through InBody scans, strength tests, and personalised check-ins.

Yes. Our Teen program is designed for ages 12-17. It builds strength, confidence, and fitness in a safe, fun, and coached environment, no experience needed.
