For $28 per month, you get 6 workouts per week and as a bonus, Coach Jase will tell a joke every day, too!

20 Minute Fitness will be run via a private Facebook group and the group helps keep you accountable and motivated.

The aim of our Postnatal Program is to help new Mums rebuild their strength & fitness.

We want to empower you to gain the confidence, to enjoy exercise and connect with others, whilst under the guidance of our Coaches.
